Lily Auchincloss Foundation’s grant applications are accepted online via our grant portal. The applications become available on the online portal according to the grant cycle calendar. You may preview the application by downloading a pdf sample here:
Lily Auchincloss Foundation’s grant application requires that a detailed three-year organization budget comparison be uploaded as a supporting document. A detailed three-year program budget comparison is also required if the organization is applying for a program.
The Foundation welcomes organizations to submit budgets in the format of their choosing. As a reference, please use these pdf sample budgets, available for download here:
Lily Auchincloss Foundation’s grant application requires a list of funding sources for three fiscal years (last two years of actuals and current year’s budget).
The funding sources list should :
1) Be organized by type of support: foundations, corporations, government, individuals, board of directors, events.
2) Include foundation and corporation names and dollar amount. For individual and board support, only list the aggregate dollar amount.
3) Specify if amount was received or if it is projected.
4) Include funding sources for the entire organization and for the specific project/program if applicable.
5) Be uploaded as a (5 MB maximum) pdf file
The Foundation welcomes organizations to organize this information in the style of their choosing. While no specific format is required, please be sure that the list meets all 5 of the above criteria. As a reference, please use the pdf sample list of funding sources available for download here:
